We have made every effort to match the virtual look of the product with its real look as we shoot our products in natural light. Some minor variations might still be observed due to differences in the device's quality or one's monitor.

Our raw materials are sourced from handloom weavers and artisans across India. Many of the raw materials and sarees are made in-house by our weavers. All of our Blouses are created and crafted in our centre in Kanchipuram.

Each Product made at Spatika is unique and We do not mass produce. If a product is sold out, We do undertake orders to re-create them for you with mild variations.

Yes, We do undertake customized tailoring of our own products if fabric is available.

For in-store purchases, you may return a product within seven (3) days of purchase with tags intact. All refunds are subject to confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.

We make our best effort to ensure that an exchange of a product for incorrect size/color can be exchanged for another size/color of the same product; however, it does depend on the specific product and fabric availability.
